These terms govern use of sandcloudoffee.xin and purchases from Cedar Dune Home LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

The store

sandcloudoffee.xin offers Sand CloudL goods for personal use. Listings, prices, and stock can change. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is priced in error, is out of stock, or looks fraudulent.

Accounts and checkout

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping and billing details you submit. Guest checkout is available. Payment is processed by our card gateway; we do not store full card numbers on this site.

Intellectual property

Site design, product photos, and the Sand CloudL word mark as displayed here belong to Cedar Dune Home LLC or its licensors. Do not scrape the catalog for resale.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by New York law, Cedar Dune Home LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are heard in courts sitting in Nassau County, New York, unless a consumer statute requires otherwise.
